Hi! My name is Hathor.

I've had many names and titles over the millennia such as: the Mistress of Heaven, the Lady of the Stars, the Lady to the Limit, the Lady of the West, the Powerful One, the Mistress of the Desert, Lady of the Southern Sycamore, the Divine (or Celestial) Cow, the Lady of Drunkenness, the Gold that is Hathor, the Golden One, and the Lady of Greenstone and Malachite.

I've also been associated with many things such as erotic music and dancing, sex, love, the sky, the sun, the Queen, music, dance, the arts, women, children and many other aspects almost too numerous to name. I give comfort to the dead. I watch over pregnant woman. I can be motherly. I can heal. In regards to the Egyptian pantheon, you could either call me the sweet one or the drunk partying one. What can I say? I love to have a good time.

I have a dark side.

I haven't been around much as I've spent almost two millennia being born and dying, constantly being reborn. Not just on Earth either. I've been experiencing mortal life in all it's many forms. I wish I understood it better.
